During our estimating and ordering process, we:

- Calculate utility bills, current energy consumption, anticipated energy consumption and other opportunities to conserve power
- Provide full written financial analysis reports based on your existing energy consumption
- Present complete and detailed estimates and contract proposals that are easy to understand
- System design for both residential and commercial applications
- Apply for utility company rebates
- Supply engineering and building permits for all solar jobs
- Schedule the job
We don't stop there. Nova West knows quality is the key to a job well done. During our job processing, we also ensure:
- Implementation of critical path construction measures to complete projects on time
- Scheduling, on-time completion of work and a clean jobsite when finished
- Jobsite safety and full cooperation with other contractors on-site
- Multiple jobsite inspections by Nova West Management for quality control
- Daily job inspections and sign-off by foreman
- Coordination of job inspections and sign-off by your city's Building Department inspector
- Application for utility company to interconnect solar system to grid
- Customer is made aware of service department and written warranties supplied
- System start-up and explanation of operation and maintenance procedures
We even go the extra mile by preparing and submitting all required paperwork to your local utility company. Nova West also applies for interconnect once the solar-panel installation is complete and finalized by the Building Department. In addition, we submit final request forms for rebate payment(s) to your local utility company once the job is complete.
