Gary Fairhead
Gary has owned and operated a successful roofing and general building business with expertise in all types of roofing since 1989. His roofing experience gives customers the benefits of unparalleled expert advice and knowledge as they consider solar for home or business, and especially if considering a roof-mounted system.

Gary retains a C-39 roofing license as well as two General Building (B) licenses. He oversees the marketing, sales and day-to-day operations of Nova West Solar, and also acts as liaison between customers and utility companies. His expertise in the energy conservation arena has proved instrumental in utilizing solar energy at a much lower cost than Nova West Solar's competitors.

Robert Green
For the past 30 years, Robert has been a local leader in the residential swimming-pool business, managing teams of more than 45 employees. But what really sets him apart is how he does business. He's earned the trust and loyalty of his client base, who have chosen to remain with him for 30-plus years. Robert likes helping people and seeing them succeed, and many of his former swimming-pool employees have opened their own businesses after benefiting from his guidance. At Nova West, Robert oversees our installation and customer-service divisions.

He is skilled at managing many installation crews and ensuring each job is done right the first time.
